The Slim Power Bank range is available in three different models with 6000 mAh, 12000 mAh (already available) and 18000 mAh (coming in summer 2017). These mobile sources of power feature a USB Type C outport, part of a trend toward a new symmetrical plug connector system that is fully reversible and offers many advantages. With a standard voltage of 5 V, a USB Type C outport allows a current of up to 3 A for faster recharging. Because the VARTA Slim Power Bank has a USB Type C and USB A outport it is perfectly prepared to handle all current and future mobile devices. It can even charge two devices at the same time. The Power Bank can be recharged using the supplied Micro USB cable.
Modern accessories for the new standard
VARTA offers practical, modern accessories to supply devices with power and synchronize data. New in the range is a USB Type C cable, which makes it possible to charge all modern USB Type C devices or to transfer data. Also new is the 2in1 Charge & Sync Cable, which combines both a Micro USB and an Apple Lightning connector.
In addition USB Type C cable adapters that can convert cables from USB A or Micro USB to USB Type C has been available since March 2017.
