Two VARTA Consumer products have achieved international success: Both, the Emergency Powerpack and the new LCD Ultra Fast Charger, have been honored with the CES Innovations Design and Engineering Award 2014.
Excellent design, intended use/function, user value and state-of-the-art technology convinced the jury. The VARTA LCD Ultra Fast Charger has been honored with the CES Award 2014 in Las Vegas in the categories “Sustainable Technologies” and “Eco Design.” The LCD charger is available in stores since February 2014.
The smart solution for the extra portion of energy ‘on the go’ also brought home an award. The Emergency Power Pack for Micro-USB and Apple 30-pin plugs won in the “Portable Power” category. The product series has been in stores since fall 2013.
The CES Innovations Design and Engineering Award is held annually as part of the “Consumer Electronics Show“ in Las Vegas. It recognizes products that feature outstanding design and extraordinary engineering expertise.
